1121 Basmati Rice is worldly famous for its Very long grain length (8.5-9 mm), superb cooking and delicate taste, the grains remain separate and fluffy even after they are cooked. This variety of rice is not very old but has gained a very good market in just couple of year. Just like Super Basmati Rice, 1121 Basmati Rice also grows only in Punjab region of Pakistan and India. The 1121 Basmati comes from ethereal snow-fed valleys, it is a real gift of nature and have a divine taste. 1121 basmati is exceptionally tasty, extra-long and fragrant. Widely used for making biryani, fried rice and pulao. Available in three different varieties:
